4 Diagnosis and intervention - Issues and concept of organizational diagnosis, Diagnostic methodology and methods (qualitative and quantitative), Intervention in organizational change, Models of organizational change.
5 Organizational change and process consultation - Work redesign model, Managers as agent of change, Internal change and external change agent styles.
