3 Operational policies and performance of Finance Companies, Development finance institutions: ICICI, IDBI, IFCI, IIBI, SFCs, SIDBI; Non-banking finance companies, Housing finance companies.
4 Indian Securities Market: Stock Exchanges, New Issue Market, Role of SEBI Recent Developments in Indian financial security market; Mutual Fund; Depository System.
