Biological role of Macro minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium) and micro minerals (Iron, iodine, fluorine, zinc, copper, selenium, cobalt). 3. Enzymes- Definition, chemical nature, classification, importance and factors affecting enzyme activity. Co-factor, co-enzyme. |
