2 | Network Functions: Terminal pairs or ports, network functions for one port and two port networks, pole and zeros of network functions, restrictions on pole and zero locations for driving point functions and transfer functions, time domain behaviour from pole - zero plots, stability criteria of active networks. | |
3 | Two Port Networks: Characteristics and parameters of two port networks, short circuit admittance parameters, open circuit impedance parameters, transmission parameters, hybrid parameters, relationship between parameter sets, interconnection of two port networks, T and π networks. | |
4 | Filter Networks: Fundamentals of filters, network equations, characteristic impedance of low-pass, high-pass and band reject, constant K pass filters, m-derived. | |
